Privacy Policy
Effective August 14, 2026
Escape by Elevate is a product of Elevate Academy, LLC ("Escape," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers escapefieldops.com, the Escape application, and the support we provide around them.
1. Who this policy is about
Escape sells software to service businesses. That creates two different relationships, and they matter for your rights:
- If you are a client — a service business using Escape to run your operation — we hold your account and business data, and this policy governs it.
- If you are a customer of one of our clients — your information sits inside their Escape account. They decide what to collect, how to use it, and how long to keep it. We process it on their instructions. Direct requests about your data to the business you hired, not to us; we will help them respond, but we cannot act on their data without their instruction.
2. Information we collect
- You give us: name, business name, email, phone, mailing and service addresses, and the content of messages you send us. If you request a consultation, whatever you enter on that form.
- Billing: subscription plan, invoices, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which holds the card details under its own terms.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps — standard server and analytics logs.
- From your use of the product: account activity, configuration, and support history.
3. SMS program and mobile information
Program description: Escape by Elevate sends appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and occasional service-related messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in by providing their phone number through this website's booking form or by contacting us directly.
Opt-in and opt-out: You will only receive messages if you have provided your number and consented. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at [email protected] or 864-263-1305. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your mobile data: Your phone number and opt-in consent are used solely to communicate with you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How we use information
- To provide, configure, support, and improve the Escape platform
- To communicate about your account, your build, billing, and service changes
- To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How we share information
We share only with service providers who help us operate — hosting and infrastructure, communications delivery, payment processing, and analytics — and only to the extent they need to perform that function for us. They are bound to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
6. Data retention
We keep account and business records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Client data held on a client's behalf is retained per their agreement with us; on termination we make it available for export for a limited period and then delete it. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely — that is how we honour a STOP.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; parts of the application may not work properly if you do.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions. Internal tools are additionally gated behind identity-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If your information sits inside a client's Escape account, see §1 — contact that business directly.
10. Children's privacy
Escape is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our site and application may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date below always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
